 Shipping Policy

SHOPACESVAULT’s business hours are Monday-Fridays from 10am-4pm (CT). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office. Shipments within the U.S range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of the postal office. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

♥ Kindly note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

Missing Packages:

♥ We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. As well as errors or mistakes made on address by the customer. Once a package has left our facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.

Important Information on International Orders:

International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not SHOPACESVAULT’s. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS DUE TO COVID. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING 

  ALL RETURNS ARE DONE OVER EMAIL, NOT PHONE VIA SOCIAL MEDIA ETC.

 

♥ If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (3) days After delivery day. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (3) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos when inquiring about your item.

♥ If a damaged item is returned to us without letting us know before sending it out, we will not accept the return and will be sending the item(s) back to you. The shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer to send the damaged item(s) back. They will not be sent back until the payment is received. 

♥ If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.

♥Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 
Sale and Discounted Items:

All sale and discounted items are final. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or store credit. Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase.
 

♥All regular priced items are eligible for return and store credit.
♥All white items are final sale and are not eligible for return and store credit.
♥All intimate products, body suits, underwear, swimwear etc. are final sale and are not eligible for return and store credit.
♥All Black Friday items are final sale.

 
What is Store Credit?:

♥Store Credit is a gift card that will be sent via email. We will add up the total spent on the items returned. You will use this gift card to purchase your desired size exchange or any other exchange of your choice. We do not provide refunds for returns.

I haven’t received a store credit for my return?:

♥If you have not received store credit for your return within a few days of returning the package, please refer to our contact page, so we can process the time for you.

I washed my item and no it is damaged!
I only wore my item once or a few times can I still return if it damages, find a defect, or no longer like?

♥We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item. Once an item has been worn or washed we, will no longer accept your claim or return.

Ownership transfers completely from our business to consumer as soon as the item is worn or used. No exceptions. We will not be able to accept your return, issue a refund, or store credit for an item that has been worn or used.

My package was returned due to the incorrect address/not picking up order with signature confirmation, can you reship it for free?

♥Unfortunately, there is a reship free of $6 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or orders that are not picked from local post office with signature confirmation. Unfortunately we are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment and cost us two fees for a shipment. Due to an excess amount of orders being returned for these two reasons, we will no longer be reshipping packages at no cost. There will be a fee of $6 for reshipments. We ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order to avoid any additional costs. We also ask that you please check tracking details for orders of large amounts because they include signature confirmation and may need to be picked up at you local post office. Thank you for kind cooperation and understanding.

When do you restock styles/sizes?

♥Unfortunately, we do not have exact dates we restock styles due to many different vendors/manufacturers we work with having varying restock schedules.
